The Challenge
Campsider is a fully digital outdoor sports e-commerce startup backed by serious mentors (Salomon, Zalando, HEC) and operating out of Station F. You'll directly shape acquisition strategy during their post-seed growth phase and build the retention infrastructure that scales their community.
Your Mission
Establish baseline performance reporting across 3-4 paid acquisition channels (Google Ads, shopping, social, affiliate) with clear ROI tracking
Implement core SEO improvements: audit top 20 landing pages, create content roadmap for 2-3 priority keywords, monitor ranking movements
Set up first CRM automation workflows for welcome series and post-purchase engagement to establish retention baseline metrics
Document acquisition funnel with proper UTM tagging and implement tag management system to enable proper attribution
Scale highest-ROI paid channels by 40%+ while maintaining or improving ROAS; present quarterly budget optimization recommendations
Publish 8-12 SEO-optimized content pieces (blog, landing page copy, product descriptions); achieve top 3 ranking for 2-3 target keywords
Launch 3-4 seasonal promotional campaigns (online + offline) with measured impact on repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
Present data-driven growth roadmap with channel performance analysis, competitive landscape assessment, and 6-month growth targets to founders

Revenue generated per euro spent on paid acquisition; target 3:1 or better depending on channel
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month increase in branded + non-branded sessions from SEO and content efforts
Email Open/Click Rate
Engagement baseline for CRM automation—track weekly to iterate on copy and send timing
Repeat Purchase Rate
% of customers who buy again post-first purchase; measure impact of retention campaigns
