Is This Role For You?
- You've managed 3+ social accounts simultaneously and can speak to follower growth metrics with conviction
- You're comfortable designing graphics in Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator); Canva alone isn't enough
- You understand SEO fundamentals and can optimize social copy for discoverability, not just engagement
- You want to own end-to-end strategy—content planning, execution, analysis, and paid campaigns
- You thrive on metrics; you live in Google Analytics dashboards and A/B test everything
- You're only interested in scheduling posts and moderating comments; this role demands strategic thinking
- You don't have hands-on Adobe experience and aren't willing to skill up fast
- Remote work is non-negotiable for you; this is 100% on-site in Pantin
- You lack analytical rigor; gut-feel decisions kill community growth
