The Challenge
Alpha Baby is building their digital presence and needs someone to own community strategy across multiple platforms. You'll drive engagement, create compelling content, and turn social media into a growth lever for the brand.
Your Mission
Establish consistent posting schedule across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn with 80%+ on-time delivery
Create 40+ pieces of original content (mix of text, image, video) aligned with brand guidelines
Audit current social channels and implement SEO optimizations to improve discoverability
Set up analytics dashboards in Google Analytics and establish baseline KPIs for engagement, reach, conversion
Grow follower base by 25% across primary platforms while maintaining 3%+ engagement rate
Launch and optimize 3 paid campaigns (Facebook Ads) with defined ROAS targets and A/B testing framework
Develop content calendar framework for Q3-Q4 with proven content pillars and seasonal themes
Document and execute brand voice guidelines; train internal stakeholders on social best practices

Track likes, comments, shares as % of reach across all platforms; target 3%+ minimum
Follower Growth Rate
Month-over-month growth % on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; aim for 3-5% MoM

Weighted avg of top-performing content by platform; identify winning formats and topics
Paid Campaign ROAS
Return on ad spend for Facebook/Instagram campaigns; target 2.5:1 minimum
Website Traffic from Social
Monthly unique visits from social platforms tracked via UTM parameters in Google Analytics

- You're fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and comfortable creating visuals daily
- You live near Paris or are willing to commute to Soisy-sous-Montmorency on-site
- You have 2-3 years of social media management experience with proven campaign results
- You're obsessed with analytics and can tie content to business metrics (not just vanity numbers)
- You enjoy building community and responding to audiences at scale
- You need full remote work; this is 100% on-site with frequent travel
- You don't have hands-on experience with Adobe tools; these aren't nice-to-haves
- You're looking for a strategic lead role; this is execution-heavy with content creation as the core
- You need a salary above €40K; hourly rate + minimal hours suggest early-stage compensation
