The Challenge

Adveris is a 70-person digital agency (Great Place to Work certified) hunting for hungry digital marketers who want real client work from day one. You'll own pieces of SEO, paid acquisition, and strategy across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and beyond.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master SEO fundamentals and contribute to 2-3 site audits or optimization projects

Launch and optimize paid campaigns across 3+ platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)

Own weekly client reporting for 2-3 accounts with clear KPI tracking

4

Shadow strategy sessions and build your first digital strategy brief

By 6 Months
1

Independently manage paid campaigns for 4-5 mid-size clients with proven ROI improvements

Deliver comprehensive monthly reports showing campaign performance, learnings, and next steps

Contribute to 2+ SEO projects from brief to implementation and tracking

4

Get offered a full-time consultant role based on performance

KPIs You'll Own

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Track paid campaign efficiency across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms.

Organic Traffic Growth

Measure SEO impact through monthly traffic increases to client websites.

Campaign Cost Per Acquisition

Monitor acquisition efficiency and optimize budget allocation.

Client Retention / Upsell Rate

Track your impact on client satisfaction and cross-sell opportunities.

  • You're finishing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree (business, marketing, communications, or digital-focused program)
  • You want a 6-month trial-to-hire: prove yourself and land a full-time role
  • You're comfortable juggling 3-4 client projects and actually care about hitting KPIs
  • You have baseline SEO and paid ads knowledge (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and want to deepen fast
  • You thrive in collaborative teams and learn by doing (not just theory)
Won't Work If
  • You need stability beyond 6 months with no clear path to full-time (this is intentionally a pre-hire internship)
  • You prefer pure strategy or theory over hands-on execution and client reporting
  • You're remote-only and won't commit to 3+ hybrid days in Paris each week

Interview Process

Phone screen

30 mins with HR—confirm background (education, SEO/ads basics), motivation, availability.

Case exercise

Mini paid campaign brief or SEO problem—show how you'd approach a real client challenge.

Team interview

Meet 2-3 marketing consultants; discuss projects, culture fit, and your learning goals.

Offer + onboarding

6-month internship agreement with clear success metrics for full-time conversion.
