Paid Acquisition Manager Jobs in France
Run paid ads at scale. Own CAC, ROAS, and the LTV math.
What is a Paid Acquisition Manager?
Paid Acquisition is the channel that scales fastest and breaks fastest. The role owns Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and increasingly programmatic — running budgets from $50K to $5M monthly. Best-fit candidates can talk LTV/CAC like a CFO and creative-testing like an art director. Most have a primary platform (Meta or Google) plus a secondary they've gotten profitable. The job has gotten harder since iOS 14 — anyone claiming Meta is easy hasn't run paid since 2021. The interesting work right now is in creative testing volume, signal optimization, and incrementality.

Frequently asked
About Paid Acquisition Manager careers
What does a Paid Acquisition Manager do?
Owns paid ad spend across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic. Manages budgets from $50K to $5M monthly. Owns CAC, ROAS, and creative testing velocity.
Paid Acquisition Manager salary?
In the US: $95K-$200K base, plus 10-25% bonus tied to ROAS or CAC targets. Senior practitioners running $1M+ monthly budgets at growth-stage companies hit $250K+ total comp.
Is paid acquisition still a good career bet?
Yes, but harder than 2018-2021. iOS 14, signal loss, and platform consolidation made the work more analytical. Pure-buyer roles are getting commoditized; creative-testing-and-attribution roles are not.
