What you'll do
This job is about finding paid channels that can prove their impact, then turning the winners into repeatable programs. You’ll crush it if you like making calls with imperfect data and can build AI workflows that make the work faster.
What the role really is
You own paid acquisition across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, rideshare, and Reddit. Your job is to test where growth can come from next, figure out what actually moves SQLs and pipeline, and build a playbook when a channel earns a permanent place in the mix.
What you'll do
- Run campaigns across YouTube, ChatGPT, X, rideshare, and Reddit, using conversion events, value signals, and lookalike audiences to improve performance.
- Find and prioritize new channels and acquisition opportunities.
- Test whether channels drive incremental SQLs and pipeline, meet LTV-to-CAC targets, and document what works.
- Decide when to keep owning a maturing channel and when it is ready for a dedicated owner.
- Read full-funnel performance and decide what to scale, improve, pause, or stop.
- Work with Data and Engineering on tracking, attribution, and reporting, and with Creative on messaging, formats, and ad concepts.
- Build AI agents, workflows, and tools to speed up research, campaign creation, performance analysis, and channel operations.
What they want
- 3+ years in performance or quantitative marketing, growth, or a comparable decision-science role, with ownership of outcomes.
- Strong analytical judgment. You can set success metrics, diagnose performance issues, and decide what to do with imperfect data.
- A taste for experiments and a clear point of view on what to fund, scale, or kill.
- Experience building AI workflows, automations, or agents for marketing, plus judgment about where human review matters.
- The ability to take ambiguous work to a clear outcome with limited direction, while staying sharp on campaign setup, tracking, and measurement.
- B2B experience, channel scaling, or familiarity with attribution, incrementality tests, randomized controlled tests, MMM, and marketing measurement are useful.
Why it's interesting
You get high autonomy and a direct line from channel tests to pipeline impact. Ramp is building finance infrastructure that handles more than $200B in annualized spend across 70,000+ companies.
