Port.io just closed a $100M Series C and is scaling fast with enterprise momentum. You'll own multi-channel demand generation for a platform reshaping how engineering orgs work-marketing to technical audiences who actually care about your product.
Your Mission
Launch 3+ integrated demand gen campaigns across paid, email, and content with documented baseline metrics
Build and optimize ABM targeting list for top 20 strategic accounts with outreach sequences
Set up accurate campaign attribution and pipeline tracking in CRM/marketing automation
Deliver 2 high-performing landing pages and content assets for developer audience
Achieve 25%+ improvement in campaign ROI through A/B testing and channel optimization
Generate 50+ qualified pipeline opportunities attributed to demand gen programs
Establish predictable CAC and pipeline velocity metrics across all channels
Scale ABM program to 40+ target accounts with measurable engagement and conversion data

Percentage of pipeline and revenue correctly attributed to demand gen efforts across touchpoints.

Is This Role For You?
- You have 5+ years running B2B demand gen or growth marketing campaigns-especially in DevTools, DevOps, or SaaS
- You speak fluent technical audiences and understand what engineers actually care about
- You're analytical and obsessed with attribution, CAC, and pipeline metrics-spreadsheets don't scare you
- You thrive owning campaigns end-to-end and shipping fast in hypergrowth environments
- You want hands-on execution, not just strategy-you're building landing pages and optimizing funnels yourself
- You need remote flexibility-this is on-site Austin, no negotiation
- You prefer strategic-only roles over execution and optimization work
- You don't have direct experience marketing to developers or technical buyers
- You're uncomfortable with constant iteration and fast-paced iteration cycles
