The Challenge
Adyen powers payments for Meta, Uber, and Microsoft-and they need you to build the demand engine that fills their pipeline globally. You'll orchestrate multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, YouTube, and email that move prospects from awareness to advocacy while keeping product marketing and studio teams aligned.
Your Mission
Map current demand gen tech stack and establish baseline metrics across all active channels and touchpoints
Audit and document existing global email nurture streams by platform segment; identify optimization gaps
Align with Product Marketing and Studio on content roadmap priorities; define channel mix and KPIs for Q1-Q2 campaigns
Launch first horizontal awareness campaign on a pillar POV with measurable engagement and conversion targets
Execute 3+ full-funnel global campaigns with documented CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution by segment
Scale 2 successful local demand gen campaigns to global footprint; document playbooks and results
Build and optimize 4+ segmented email nurture streams with clear stage progression and engagement benchmarks
Establish monthly reporting cadence with analytics dashboards showing campaign performance across all touchpoints

- You've run 5-8 years of B2B demand gen campaigns and have proven wins with LinkedIn and YouTube channels
- You're data-driven and comfortable with analytics tools like Looker; you obsess over CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
- You thrive in global, cross-functional environments and can juggle multiple stakeholders without losing your strategic edge
- You balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution-you'll both design campaigns and optimize them in real time
- You need complete remote flexibility; this is on-site in NYC (or Amsterdam) with 20%+ travel
- You're not fluent in spoken and written English, or you lack the additional language requirements mentioned
- You've never managed B2B campaigns or have only B2C experience; fintech and enterprise motions are different
