Nutrafol is the clinical hair wellness category leader trusted by 7,500+ physicians. You'll own their entire lifecycle engine-email, SMS, push, app-managing a team and scaling retention programs that drive real health outcomes.
Your Mission
Establish QA framework and launch readiness checklist; reduce campaign deployment errors by 90%
Onboard and calibrate CRM Associate team with documented briefs, timelines, and execution standards
Audit existing lifecycle journeys across all channels; identify quick wins for engagement uplift
Build cross-functional partnership with Design and Coding teams; establish weekly cadence and feedback loop
Launch 3+ A/B tests on key lifecycle moments (welcome, lapse, re-engagement); deliver 15%+ performance lift
Migrate or optimize CRM platform configuration for scale (dynamic content, advanced segmentation)
Manage and mentor CRM Associates to independently own campaign verticals; document playbooks
Deliver quarterly retention performance analysis; recommend and execute 2+ strategic program pivots

Campaign Deployment Accuracy
% of launches with zero targeting, content, timing, or tracking errors on first submission.
Lifecycle Channel Performance
Open rate, click rate, conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate across email, SMS, push by journey segment.
Team Velocity & Ownership
Number of independent campaign builds by CRM Associates; time-to-launch for standard journeys.
Retention & Repeat Purchase
Month-over-month repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value by cohort and lifecycle segment.
A/B Test Velocity
Number of tests launched per quarter and average uplift in primary conversion metric.

Is This Role For You?
- You've spent 6+ years in CRM/lifecycle roles and can own complex multi-channel campaigns end-to-end without hand-holding
- You've managed or mentored junior marketers and enjoy balancing execution with coaching and feedback
- You geek out on segmentation, journey automation, and A/B testing-data informs every decision you make
- You thrive in fast-paced environments with complex platforms and aren't intimidated by Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar systems
- You're detail-obsessed about QA and launch readiness; you own both the work and the quality
- You prefer hands-off strategic work over hands-on execution and team leadership
- You haven't managed or mentored junior team members before; this role requires active people development
- You lack direct experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Klaviyo, Attentive, or equivalent) or don't enjoy technical execution
