About Oriana Cardona

I began my career working in a digital agency, collaborating with clients across various verticals and specializing in both E-commerce and Lead Generation. During this time, I also completed a UX/UI bootcamp at IronHack School. After four years, I became an expert in Marketing and paid channels, particularly in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads. Following this, I took on a new challenge as the leader of the acquisition team at the well-known freelancer marketplace Malt in Paris, where I worked for four years. In this role, I developed strong leadership skills and built scalable, multi-country acquisition strategies. In 2023, I completed an executive summary program at the University of La Verne in Los Angeles. The following year, I joined Doctoralia (a Docplanner company) as Head of Marketing for Spain. In addition to my professional activities, I co-founded and served as CMO for the dating app Talk2me. I also founded the digital agency Spicy Leads, which I ran for two years. I’m deeply committed to promoting gender equality and inclusion in the professional world. I actively raise awareness on these topics through my blog on Medium and am proud to have launched the Women in Health Scholarship in Spain, aimed at supporting and empowering women in the healthcare industry.
