The Challenge

Factor is redefining legal services by blending traditional law, new law efficiency, and in-house integration. You'll build and scale Sense Collective, a professional community for legal innovators driving AI adoption-connecting peers, surfacing insights, and creating real value from day one.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map existing Sense Collective member base, conduct 20+ member interviews to understand pain points and engagement drivers

Launch onboarding sequence and community engagement framework with documented member success metrics tracking

3

Deliver 2-3 high-impact programming events (workshops, roundtables) with >70% attendance and member satisfaction scores

4

Build and populate Member Knowledge Database with 50+ curated resources, templates, and practitioner insights

By 6 Months
1

Grow active community participation by 40%, measured by monthly engagement rate (logins, interactions, event attendance)

Establish Collective Query Tool as go-to resource with 200+ indexed artifacts and measurable usage analytics

Launch quarterly member-facing content calendar and newsletter achieving 35%+ open rates and member-sourced contributions

4

Develop and implement community sentiment tracking system with quarterly health scores and actionable improvement roadmap

Quarterly NPS surveys measuring member satisfaction and likelihood to recommend Sense Collective to peers.

Query Tool usage, newsletter open/click rates, and member ratings on curated resources and programming.

Community Growth

New member acquisition, retention cohort analysis, and member-generated content contributions month-over-month.

Event ROI

Programming attendance, post-event feedback scores, and member-reported business outcomes from connections made.
