What you'll do
This is a systems job for someone who can turn messy GTM needs into tools people actually use. You’ll own the work from figuring out the problem through rollout and adoption.
What the role really is
You’ll guide the systems behind Revenue Operations, with Salesforce at the center. The job mixes technical delivery, process design, user training, and hands-on coordination with the Salesforce team.
What you'll do
- Set the direction for the systems in your area and deliver work tied to company and department goals.
- Find gaps in how people use applications, then coach and train them.
- Develop AI-powered solutions for your own productivity and identify AI capabilities that can improve GTM systems and user outcomes.
- Turn business needs into technical documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and release notes.
- Lead system training with the Enablement Team.
- Build integrations with other applications alongside Revenue Operations.
- Support Salesforce delivery through discovery, technical coordination, and clear communication.
What they want
- 5+ years in GTM Operations and systems development or consulting, ideally in Customer Success, Service, or Implementation.
- 3+ years with Salesforce Sales Cloud and related Support or Success systems. Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus.
- 2+ years with Gainsight or another customer success platform is strongly preferred.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Agile development.
- Confidence collaborating with stakeholders and leading sessions with leaders and Revenue Operations teams.
- Experience with process flows, gap analysis, KPI and adoption metrics, project scoping, and change management.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication and presentation skills, including with executives.
- A sense of humor and a little levity at work.
Why it's interesting
You’ll work across the revenue organization, where good systems can make a real difference to how teams operate. The role also includes room to shape AI capabilities across the GTM technology ecosystem.
Salary
