Independently optimize campaigns to maintain or exceed efficiency targets (ROAS/CPA) across all managed platforms month-over-month

2

Design and execute a quarterly testing roadmap that identifies 3+ optimization opportunities with measurable impact on campaign performance

3

Company Intelligence

People Inc. operates a sophisticated multi-platform paid advertising operation managing significant monthly media budgets. The company prioritizes flawless campaign execution, data-driven optimization, and strategic reporting across subscription and e-commerce channels.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You're fluent in at least one major ad platform (Meta or Google) and can speak confidently about pixel tracking, UTMs, and campaign architecture
  • You've managed or supported $100K+ monthly ad spends and have real ROAS/CPA targets you've hit consistently
  • You're detail-obsessed: you catch data discrepancies before they become problems and document everything obsessively
  • You thrive in structured, process-driven environments where execution excellence and reporting rigor are non-negotiable
  • You're ready to move beyond execution into strategy-contributing to media planning and testing roadmaps that influence spend allocation
Won't Work If
  • You've only worked in creative/content marketing or brand marketing; this role demands deep paid media operations and platform expertise
  • You're remote-only; the 3x/week on-site expectation is firm if you're in a commutable office area
  • You prefer high-level strategy over hands-on daily optimization; campaign setup, monitoring, and testing are core to this role

Interview Process

1

Screening Call

Technical conversation about your experience with specific ad platforms, budget sizes managed, and ROAS/CPA targets you've owned

2

Platform Deep-Dive

Walk through a campaign you've built end-to-end: setup, testing approach, optimization cadence, and reporting

3

Stakeholder Interview

Conversation with Store Marketing team lead about cross-functional collaboration and media planning input expectations

4

Case Study Discussion

Analyze a historical campaign scenario; discuss how you'd optimize for ROAS and identify/resolve tracking discrepancies
