Your Mission
Audit existing paid channel performance across search, social, display, retargeting; establish baseline ROI and pipeline attribution metrics
Build and operationalize 6sense intent-based ABM targeting framework; activate first high-intent account cohorts
Design and launch 3-5 high-confidence A/B tests across creative, messaging, and landing pages with clear success criteria
Align paid strategy with Sales and ICP-map budget allocation to revenue outcomes, not just leads
Scale pipeline contribution from paid channels by 40%+ through budget optimization and channel expansion
Implement rigorous experimentation cadence; document and scale 2-3 step-function growth wins
Establish monthly performance reviews and predictive modeling of paid-to-pipeline conversion rates
Lead cross-functional strategy sessions with MarOps, Content, and Product Marketing; influence go-to-market positioning
