What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Support Account Directors and Account Managers across multiple client accounts, helping ensure high-quality execution and timely delivery of client work.
Participate in client meetings, provide updates, and contribute to account strategy and day-to-day client engagement.
Gather, analyze, and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
Assist with preparing client reports that translate performance data into clear and meaningful insights.
Monitor key performance metrics and support adjustments to campaign tactics based on results.
Assist with executing affiliate marketing strategies and implementing new tactics designed to improve campaign performance.
Work with internal operations teams to ensure required account deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
Support senior team members with partner relationship management, communication, recruitment, and activation initiatives.
Contribute to strategies that expand client reach and drive growth through new and existing partnerships.
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities while developing knowledge of the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
Stay informed about industry trends, benchmark data, competitive insights, and emerging opportunities that can strengthen client recommendations.
Participate in training programs and progressively develop the skills required to manage accounts with greater independence and strategic ownership.
Requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience; experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formatting, and related analytical functions.
Familiarity with affiliate networks and SaaS platforms such as ShareASale, Commission Junction, or Impact is a plus.
Genuine interest in AI tools, including hands-on experience applying AI to professional work and an eagerness to continue developing AI skills.
Knowledge of HTML is advantageous.
Strong curiosity and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to investigate performance and identify practical opportunities.
Confident, adaptable, resilient, and coachable approach to learning and working through unfamiliar situations.
Strong relationship-building and service orientation, with a proactive and outcome-focused mindset.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and high personal standards.
Ability to collaborate effectively with senior colleagues, clients, partners, and internal teams.
Willingness and ability to travel when necessary for conferences, client meetings, team meetings, and other events.

Target salary of $55,000-$60,000 USD, depending on location and experience.
