Wiz secures cloud infrastructure for 50%+ of Fortune 100. As Marketing Ops Manager, you'll design the automation and systems that let marketing scale alongside the fastest-growing startup ever.
Your Mission
Map current marketing workflows across Salesforce, Marketo, Slack and identify top 3 automation opportunities with ROI projections
Design and implement 2-3 high-impact automated workflows that eliminate manual operational work and measure time savings
Establish baseline metrics for marketing operational efficiency and create dashboards to track improvement KPIs
Partner with campaign ops and analytics teams to define automation requirements and prioritize Q2 initiatives
Build scalable automation framework across GTM platforms with 60%+ reduction in manual reporting tasks
Implement AI-enabled workflow solutions that improve marketing team productivity by measurable efficiency gains
Establish operational governance and documentation for all automated processes to ensure consistency and scalability
Lead 2-3 cross-functional operational projects that improve marketing systems and deliver measurable impact on campaign execution velocity
