Is This Role For You?
- You've managed cross-functional marketing operations or campaign coordination roles and thrive bringing order to chaos
- You're obsessed with process efficiency and love building systems that scale (workflows, templates, dashboards, repos)
- You speak fluent paid media: understand channels, asset specs, platform requirements, and how creative inputs drive performance
- You're a diplomat who can translate between creative teams and analytical paid media folks without losing either side
- You want to own meaningful metrics and see direct impact on campaign velocity and optimization outcomes
- You need remote flexibility-this is on-site in LA with no indication of hybrid options
- You're a hands-off manager type; this role is heavy execution and project ownership, not delegating to a team
- You get frustrated by ambiguity and process gaps; this role is about *building* structure in a scaling organization
