The Challenge
Amazon Fuse powers Prime and Prime Video through global partnerships-and their marketing operations are fragmented across regions. You'll build the scalable systems and processes that let internal teams and 3P partners execute campaigns faster, smarter, and at global scale.
Your Mission
Map current partner marketing workflows across 3+ regions; identify top 5 bottlenecks and automation opportunities
Design and document standardized marketing calendar and approval process for global tentpole campaigns
Launch enablement program for marketing tech stack adoption across regional teams with baseline metrics
Establish marketing ops metrics dashboard tracking process efficiency, cycle time, and tool adoption rates
Implement 2-3 high-impact workflow automations reducing campaign setup time by 30%+ across regions
Build repeatable partner onboarding playbook and content portal management framework for 5+ markets
Scale campaign localization and approval process to handle 10x partner volume without proportional headcount increase
Create comprehensive best practices documentation and train regional teams; achieve 80%+ tool adoption
