What you'll do
GrowthTalent’s source is a four-month contract role, but the job title and work arrangement details don’t fully line up. Here’s the actual work: own growth campaigns from plan to post-campaign readout, and get Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops moving together.
What the role really is
You set the campaign plan and bring a point of view. This isn’t a seat for someone waiting on a brief. You’ll choose what gets built, when it ships, and how the team knows whether it worked.
What you'll do
- Plan and run integrated, multi-channel campaigns from segmentation and creative briefs through timelines and post-campaign analysis.
- Build quarterly content plans around the buyer journey, ship a cornerstone asset, and improve existing content for conversion, engagement, and SEO.
- Work with Product Marketing on positioning, launches, repositioning, and customer-facing materials.
- Use AI tools for campaign tasks like persona enrichment, subject line testing, and performance forecasting.
- Align Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops around priorities and timing.
- Read campaign and content results, then recommend where to invest next.
What they want
- Experience owning campaigns end to end, including strategy, segmentation, content, and post-campaign analysis.
- A track record connecting campaign work to pipeline.
- Strong buyer journey instincts and evidence that content improvements can deliver ROI.
- Experience turning product positioning into messaging Sales uses in customer conversations.
- Practical use of AI tools for enrichment, testing, or forecasting.
- Comfort interpreting performance data and making clear recommendations.
- The judgment to manage several campaigns and priorities at once.

About Growth Marketing roles
Growth marketers drive user acquisition, activation, and retention through data-driven experimentation. They sit at the intersection of product, data, and marketing — running A/B tests, building funnels, and scaling what works.
