What you'll do
Accountabilities:
You will own growth for a defined product area or customer avatar, acting as the primary driver of adoption, activation, and expansion within that segment. Your work will focus on turning insights into scalable systems that improve user success and business outcomes.
Own growth strategy for a specific product line or customer segment, identifying friction points across onboarding, activation, and retention
Develop and execute education-led growth initiatives including playbooks, templates, webinars, courses, and workflows
Translate complex product capabilities-particularly around AI and SEO-into simple, actionable user guidance
Build strong relationships within target communities, engaging customers, partners, and influencers to drive adoption
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success to turn insights into scalable improvements
Design repeatable growth systems that improve engagement, activation, and long-term retention
Represent the organization through workshops, trainings, and customer-facing events, including limited travel for engagement activities
Requirements: This role requires a senior-level growth marketer who can operate autonomously, build from zero, and connect strategy to execution. You should be comfortable working across multiple stakeholders while driving measurable impact through structured experimentation and education.
5+ years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, lifecycle, or PLG-focused roles within SaaS environments
Strong ability to build growth strategies from scratch and translate them into scalable execution frameworks
Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical or product concepts
Experience with SaaS onboarding, activation flows, and B2B customer journeys
Comfort with public speaking, workshops, and direct customer engagement
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and connect initiatives to business outcomes
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority and drive alignment
