THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CRM & Growth Specialist to our Marketing team in Spain!

Are you passionate about growth, lifecycle marketing, and building high-impact customer journeys? Do you enjoy combining data, creativity, and experimentation to drive real business outcomes?We are looking for a CRM & Growth Specialist to play a key role in scaling our CRM and Growth efforts across Europe.

This person will be responsible for driving and optimizing CRM campaigns across the full funnel, helping convert leads into pipeline and revenue through smart targeting, strong execution, and continuous experimentation.Reporting to the Regional CRM & Growth Manager, this role sits at the intersection of CRM, Paid Media, and Demand Generation.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless connection between lead acquisition and lifecycle marketing, contributing to a more efficient and scalable growth engine.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role with strong ownership, where you will not only execute campaigns but also bring ideas, challenge the status quo, and contribute to improving how we approach CRM and Growth at scale.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Design, build, and optimize full-funnel CRM journeys (emails, workflows, and automations) in HubSpot to nurture and convert B2B leads from TOFU to BOFU.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (Open Rates, CTR, Conversions), execute A/B tests, and collaborate with CRO and Marketing Ops to interpret insights and improve user experience.

  • Partner with Paid Media, Demand Gen, and regional stakeholders to align lead acquisition with CRM nurturing, adapting and localizing global campaigns for European markets.

  • Build targeted audience segments based on behavior, engagement, and lifecycle stages while ensuring strong data hygiene and database growth.

  • Contribute to evolving the CRM strategy by exploring new processes and communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, AI integration).

WHO YOU ARE

  • Reside in Spain.

  • Previous experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Email Marketing, with a proven track record of executing campaigns (hands-on), not just planning.

  • Strong background in B2B environments and a solid understanding of full-funnel strategies and lead nurturing.

  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools).

  • Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data, run A/B tests, and apply basic CRO practices.

  • High ownership, strong organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (including Paid Media/Demand Gen).

  • Advance in English is mandatory.
