Help more people connect with care. You'll lead our member acquisition strategy, turn data into action, and improve the journey from first interest to becoming a member.
What You'll Do
Own the member acquisition engine, end to end. Set strategy across paid media, lifecycle, and emerging growth channels. Lead performance marketing across paid search, paid social, display, traditional media, and programmatic to maximize qualified member acquisition and ROI. Experiment relentlessly. A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, landing page optimization, audience segmentation- every part of the funnel is a hypothesis worth testing. Make the budget work harder. Partner with Finance on forecasts, investment strategy, and budget allocation models that drive growth without outrunning operational capacity.
- Grow in step with care delivery. Work with Member Access and Operations so demand generation aligns with appointment availability, sustainable growth, not just growth.
Turn data into decisions. Partner with Analytics on data quality, attribution, and reporting. Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, KPIs, and operating cadences that connect marketing investment to business outcomes, and turn insights into strategic recommendations for executive leadership. Lead the tools and the partners. Manage marketing technology platforms and external agency partners across acquisition, analytics, SEO, and performance marketing. Find what's next. Identify, evaluate, and scale new acquisition channels with a close read on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior.
