Marketing Manager, Grow Sales Through Advertising, Events & AI

We’re hiring a Marketing Manager who can grow sales through smart advertising and events, and prove it with data. Experience using AI tools is a plus.

Quality Stoves & Spas is a family-owned business and the largest hearth and spa destination in the Northwest. We sell premium fireplaces, stoves, hot tubs, swim spas, and outdoor living solutions, backed by expert installation and lifetime service. We need someone who will own growth by driving more qualified leads and showroom traffic.

You will:

• Run and optimize paid advertising (Google, Meta, and others) with heavy focus on tracking and ROI
• Use data to decide what to scale, what to cut, and how to improve results
• Use AI tools to create content, analyze performance, and improve campaigns faster
• Plan and support events (home shows, tent sales, local promotions) that generate sales
• Increase local visibility and lead flow through digital marketing, SEO, and reviews
• Work directly with our sales team to turn marketing activity into closed business

You should have:

• Experience growing sales or generating leads through advertising
• Strong skills tracking ad performance and making decisions based on numbers
• Understanding of AI tools for marketing tasks (content, analysis, optimization)
• Experience with events or promotions that drive revenue
• A hands-on approach and comfort working in a growing family business

Compensation: Competitive base ($65k-$85k) + performance incentives.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
