Build and onboard a high-performing global marketing team; establish talent development and cross-functional collaboration cadence
Create strategic commercial tools-GWP frameworks, sampling programs, promotional sets, seasonal activations-with ROI modeling and brand equity guardrails

- You can write a compelling strategy deck AND execute on the ground; fluent in both board-level storytelling and on-the-ground campaign logistics
- You have deep fragrance category expertise-you know the consumer journey, competitive dynamics, and what drives purchase in this space
- You need remote flexibility or don't want to be on-site in New York-this role is on-site, period
