What you'll do
The hard part of this job is getting eligible employees to become active Chime members through an employer relationship. You’ll own that funnel end to end, with experiments and results on your plate, not just messaging.
What the role really is
You’re the growth lead for Chime Enterprise’s employee funnel. Turn a partner’s eligible workforce into enrolled, funded, engaged members, then build a model that can repeat across partners.
What you'll do
- Set the funnel strategy and own outcomes from opportunity sizing through roadmap delivery.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Growth Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to plan and ship growth work.
- Improve worksite awareness, enrollment, funding, direct deposit, and early retention.
- Own landing pages, eligibility flows, onboarding, and the experimentation roadmap.
- Design experiments that can produce useful reads from partner sized cohorts. Decide what to scale, iterate, or stop.
- Lead creative and messaging for experiments and launches across paid, lifecycle, and owned channels.
- Set incentives and offers for qualified acquisition, balancing enrollment cost, activation quality, and long term value within partner and compliance guardrails.
- Connect enrollment, onboarding, and retention with Lifecycle.
- Build launch playbooks, campaign kits, and reporting that teams can reuse.
- Track progress against goals and turn results into clear recommendations for leadership.
What they want
- 8+ years in growth marketing, product marketing, performance marketing, or a related field, depending on level.
- A track record of measurable growth through experimentation, including owning a funnel metric end to end.
- Experience marketing to end users through a partner, employer, or channel, and comfort working without full control of the audience or channel.
- Strong analytical skills, including defining success metrics and reasoning about statistical confidence when sample sizes are constrained.
- Close partnership experience with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Clear storytelling and communication, including the ability to translate insights into action and speak credibly with internal teams and HR partners.
- Strong executive communication and the ability to build confidence.
- HR tech, benefits, payroll, earned wage access, regulated industry, or the listed marketing and experimentation tools are a plus.
Why it's interesting
This role owns a real distribution challenge: converting employees reached through employer partners into lasting banking relationships. You’ll shape the strategy, run the experiments, and be accountable for whether the funnel moves.
Salary
$150,000 to $208,000 USD base salary.
