The Challenge

Nagomi is defining a new category in security (Agentic Exposure Ops). You'll build demand generation from the ground up-not maintaining channels, but creating the narrative and motion that turns market attention into revenue pipeline.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map out integrated demand engine across digital, content, events, outbound, and partnerships with clear pipeline attribution

Develop and launch positioning/messaging framework that differentiates Nagomi in the exposure ops space

3

Establish baseline metrics for pipeline generation, conversion rates, and sales velocity by source

4

Align demand strategy with sales and product marketing; run first cross-functional campaign

By 6 Months
1

Generate $2M+ in attributed pipeline from demand generation efforts

Scale top-performing channels and campaigns; kill underperformers with clear ROI data

3

Build and train demand generation team (SDRs, content, or campaign specialists as needed)

4

Own full-funnel metrics: lead quality, deal velocity, win rates by segment, and customer acquisition cost
