The Challenge
Avail is the fastest-growing rental management platform backed by Realtor.com's scale. You'll own CRM strategy that connects product moments to customer retention-building transactional and promotional campaigns that directly drive renewals and upsells.
Your Mission
Audit and map all critical product moment emails (onboarding, renewal, upgrades); identify gaps and quick-win optimization opportunities
Execute 2-3 GTM email campaigns for upcoming feature launches with documented performance vs. baseline
Establish email performance baseline dashboard (open rates, CTR, conversion, deliverability) and weekly reporting cadence
Document cross-team workflows (Product/Design/Engineering/Marketing) and identify 3 process blockers to resolve
Design and launch 2 A/B test programs; implement 1-2 high-impact segmentation strategies increasing CTR by 10%+
Build 3+ automated email journeys triggered by product behaviors (e.g., feature adoption, renewal windows, churn signals)
Establish CRM-to-Paid retargeting workflows; document lift in conversion from coordinated campaigns
Own end-to-end launch playbook for next major product feature, managing timelines across 4+ cross-functional stakeholders
KPIs You'll Own
Email Open Rate
Track baseline performance and improvements from subject line tests, segmentation, and send-time optimization.
Click-Through Rate (CTR)
Monitor engagement on CRM emails; primary indicator of content relevance and call-to-action effectiveness.
Conversion Rate (by email type)
Measure renewals, upgrades, and feature adoption driven directly from transactional and promotional campaigns.
Email Deliverability & Bounce Rate
Ensure list hygiene and sender reputation; flag rendering issues across clients.
Campaign Timeline & On-Time Delivery
Track percentage of GTM campaigns deployed on schedule; indicator of cross-team workflow efficiency.
