The Challenge

Contrarian Thinking needs someone to architect and own their entire HubSpot ecosystem-from migrations to integrations to data governance. You'll be the technical backbone of their GTM stack, building systems that scale across marketing, sales, service, and ops.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current HubSpot setup, identify technical debt, and document existing architecture with clear SOPs

Design and implement scalable CRM data structure (custom objects, properties, pipelines) aligned with RevOps strategy

3

Build 3-5 core automation workflows covering lead routing, scoring, and lifecycle logic across teams

4

Establish data governance standards and CRM hygiene protocols with documentation for internal teams

By 6 Months
1

Complete any required HubSpot migrations or rebuilds with zero data loss and improved performance

Integrate HubSpot cleanly with 4+ external systems (Avoma, Zapier, payment systems, etc.) with automated data sync

Create comprehensive reporting dashboards for leadership covering forecasting, attribution, and operational metrics

4

Train and enable all GTM teams with Loom walkthroughs and maintain 100% system documentation transparency

CRM Data Accuracy Score

Percentage of records meeting data governance standards; target 95%+ clean data across all hubs.

Automation Coverage

Number of revenue-critical workflows automated; measure efficiency gains in lead routing and lifecycle progression.

Integration Uptime

System availability and sync success rate across all external tool integrations; target 99%+ uptime.

Team Adoption & Support Tickets

Track adoption of new features and support burden; successful systems reduce tickets by 30%+ in first 3 months.
