What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Define and evolve the end-to-end lifecycle messaging strategy across email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app communications, ensuring a consistent and emotionally resonant brand voice.
Transform existing transactional communications into human-centered, trust-building experiences that improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value.
Partner with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to translate user behavior and qualitative insights into compelling, high-performing copy and messaging systems.
Lead the development of tone of voice guidelines and messaging frameworks that scale across channels and future lifecycle programs.
Expand scope into broader organic and retention-driven creative initiatives as lifecycle maturity grows, including content strategy for social and community-facing channels.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in creative marketing, copywriting, lifecycle marketing, or brand communications within fast-paced consumer-facing environments.
Proven ability to craft high-performing messaging across CRM channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app experiences.
Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in writing, storytelling, and the ability to translate complex or emotionally sensitive topics into clear, engaging communication.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, design, and analytics teams in data-informed environments.
Strong understanding of audience psychology, lifecycle marketing principles, and community-driven brand building.
Ability to balance creative intuition with performance metrics while advocating for long-term brand equity.
