The Challenge

Marc Fisher Footwear manages a powerhouse portfolio of 12+ global footwear brands including GUESS, Nine West, and Calvin Klein. You'll own social presence across multiple distinct brand voices, driving engagement and loyalty in a competitive fashion market.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Establish content calendars for all 3 brand accounts aligned with Q1 promotional strategy and cultural moments

2

Audit competitor social strategies and identify 5+ high-performing content formats to test across brands

3

Build baseline social KPI dashboard tracking engagement rate, reach, saves, and conversion metrics weekly

4

Execute first on-set photoshoot content capture and deliver 20+ on-brand organic posts to social channels

By 6 Months
1

Grow social following by 15-20% across all 3 brand accounts through optimized content cadence and algorithm-first strategy

Develop and launch 2 influencer/brand partnership campaigns with performance tracking against engagement targets

3

Create proprietary content performance playbook identifying top 3 content pillars, formats, and posting windows by brand

4

Reduce customer service response time by 50% through community management SOP and escalation protocols
