The Challenge

Luminate is the entertainment industry's data backbone, powering Billboard and Variety charts. You'll architect the global marketing machine to 4x ARR while positioning them as the indispensable authority to C-suite buyers at multi-billion dollar studios and labels.

Your Mission

First 3 Months

Audit current marketing stack, RevOps alignment, and team structure; deliver 100-day strategic plan with clear ARR attribution model

Define enterprise positioning narrative and value prop that resonates with studio/label executives; socialize with sales and board

Establish marketing budget framework with strict ROI discipline; implement board-ready reporting dashboard on CAC, LTV, and revenue contribution

Assess M&A pipeline and build marketing playbook for target due diligence and post-acquisition integration

By 6 Months
1

Launch global go-to-market campaign anchored on new positioning; measure product adoption and pipeline velocity by territory

Build and scale international marketing team with proven talent in EMEA and APAC; establish consistent standards and processes

Elevate product marketing function with dedicated strategic resources; drive 3+ complex B2B SaaS/API GTM launches with measurable adoption

  • You've scaled B2B SaaS marketing from $10M+ ARR to $50M+; proven ability to build teams and systems that scale internationally
  • You speak fluent RevOps-you own the metrics that matter (CAC, LTV, payback period, pipeline velocity) and can architect attribution
  • You've successfully navigated M&A as a marketing lead: due diligence, integration, brand consolidation, customer retention
  • You're comfortable with enterprise narratives and board-level storytelling; you can position complex data products to C-suite buyers

  • You're a demand gen specialist without VP+ leadership experience; this is a full CMO build, not a tactical execution role
