What you'll do
Accountabilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business growth objectives and brand positioning.
Lead performance marketing initiatives across channels including social media, SEO, paid advertising, influencer campaigns, podcasts, and digital acquisition platforms.
Drive high-performing brand activations and promotional campaigns that strengthen customer engagement and market presence.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics with a strong focus on maximizing ROAS and customer acquisition efficiency.
Build, mentor, and lead a collaborative marketing team while fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.
Manage relationships with external agencies, creators, and strategic partners to support marketing execution and expansion.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and leadership teams to align marketing strategies with company priorities.
Stay ahead of trends in digital marketing, creator platforms, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a Chief Marketing Officer or senior marketing leadership role within a startup, consumer technology, or creator-focused environment.
Strong expertise in performance marketing with a demonstrated track record of achieving high ROAS across multiple acquisition channels.
Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, influencer marketing, social media advertising, and brand growth initiatives.
Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data, optimize campaigns, and guide strategic decisions.
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-management abilities.
Hands-on experience with marketing technologies, web analytics platforms, and campaign performance measurement.
Strategic mindset combined with creativity, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote and collaborative environment.
Authorization to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
