The Challenge
Xpanner is scaling US operations in ConTech and Robotics-you'll own the entire growth machine, from identifying lead channels to executing trade shows and building thought leadership. This isn't a CMO role; it's a strategic doer who translates field insights into campaigns and assets that actually move the needle.
Your Mission
Map and pilot 3+ lead generation channels (paid ads, SEO, partnerships) with baseline MQL targets and cost-per-lead benchmarks
Execute first major trade show or conference (booth, logistics, lead capture, post-event nurturing workflow)
Build and activate US tech/ConTech media list; secure 2+ press placements or expert interviews
Launch monthly B2B newsletter and establish LinkedIn content cadence with engagement baseline
Achieve full-funnel optimization with documented lead quality improvements and conversion rate increases by segment
Develop and launch 2+ proprietary Xpanner events (seminars, demo days) with documented attendance and lead outcomes
Ship 4+ video assets (product demos, customer testimonials, field highlights) with performance metrics
Build 3+ influencer/thought-leader partnerships with collaborative content pieces published and amplified
KPIs You'll Own
MQL Volume & Quality
Track monthly MQLs generated by channel with conversion rate to SAL and win rate by source.
Lead Cost Per Acquisition (CAC)
Monitor cost-per-MQL and cost-per-SQL by campaign and channel to optimize spend allocation.
Event ROI
Measure attendees captured, post-event conversions, and pipeline contribution per trade show and proprietary event.
Content Engagement
Track newsletter open/click rates, LinkedIn post engagement, video views, and media mention sentiment and reach.
Press & Influencer Reach
Count secured media placements, expert interviews published, and estimated impressions from PR and partnership activities.
