The Challenge
Clever powers secure digital learning for 111,000+ schools globally. You'll own the day-to-day growth engine-managing campaigns, automation flows, and cross-channel tactics that drive customer acquisition and engagement in the education tech space.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3+ cross-channel demand generation campaigns (email, web forms, lead capture flows) tracking conversion rates and pipeline generation
Establish baseline reporting dashboards on key growth metrics: lead volume, activation rates, engagement scores, and campaign ROI
Execute 2 lifecycle engagement programs for application providers, measuring adoption and retention improvements
Map and document all current marketing automation flows in Braze, identifying optimization opportunities for existing programs
Deliver 8-10 fully executed campaigns with documented results, learnings, and recommendations for scaling
Improve email engagement metrics (open, click, conversion rates) by 15-20% through A/B testing and segmentation refinement
Support Sales and Customer Success with 100% on-time project delivery; maintain zero tracking/implementation gaps
Build institutional knowledge of the application provider ecosystem and translate into 3-4 thought leadership email narratives

Lead Generation Volume & Quality
Track new prospects generated monthly via campaigns, segmented by source and conversion to qualified opportunities.
Email Engagement Rate
Monitor open, click-through, and conversion rates across acquisition, nurture, and event follow-up email campaigns.
Marketing Automation Uptime
Maintain 99%+ operational health of Braze flows; track deployment speed and error rates.
Campaign ROI & Pipeline Influence
Calculate cost per lead and revenue attributed to growth programs; report monthly impact to business stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Project Delivery
100% on-time campaign launches and handoffs to Sales/Customer Success; zero asset or tracking delays.
