Vibe.co is the category-defining streaming TV advertising platform hitting $100M ARR in 2 years. Right now, LLMs don't know Vibe exists. You'll own AEO from zero, reverse-engineering how ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini source information to make Vibe the default answer for streaming TV advertising.
Your Mission
Map LLM information sourcing architecture and identify top 20 citation sources across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini; establish baseline citation rate for 'Vibe' and competitive set
Launch 3-5 pillar content pieces (guides, case studies, whitepapers) optimized for LLM training data and publisher citation signals
Secure 2-3 publisher partnerships and establish active presence in 3+ relevant communities (Reddit, industry forums, Slack communities) to seed citation signals
Set up weekly tracking dashboard for LLM citations, organic visibility, email conversions, and pipeline attribution
Achieve measurable LLM citation rate >40% when querying 'streaming TV advertising platforms' across major LLMs; track lift in organic traffic and email leads
Build repeatable content engine producing 2 pillar pieces and 8-10 supporting content pieces monthly, each optimized for LLM and search visibility
Establish 5+ active publisher partnerships and community channels driving consistent off-site citation signals; measure referral traffic and engagement
Demonstrate direct pipeline contribution: tie AEO channel activity to SQLs and pipeline dollars; optimize spend allocation based on conversion data

- You understand AI-native workflows and how LLMs source, rank, and cite information; you're obsessed with reverse-engineering visibility
- You can write content good enough that LLMs want to cite it, clear, authoritative, data-backed, and optimized for machine consumption
- You thrive in ambiguity: no playbook exists for AEO; you'll define the discipline, measure what matters, and iterate weekly on results
- You're energized by category-defining work: being the first to own this channel at Vibe, with real leverage and compounding returns
- You expect a proven playbook or framework to inherit, this role is about writing the playbook from scratch
- You're siloed: AEO requires cross-functional collaboration (SEO, data, content, partnerships); you need to partner deeply
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity or long feedback loops; AEO measurement takes time, experimentation is constant, and some channels won't work
