The Challenge
Orki is a fast-growing SocialTech/GreenTech startup scaling at +90% YoY. You'll be their first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager, building out acquisition strategy, brand presence, and international expansion from the ground up.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, social) and implement performance optimization framework with baseline metrics
Launch 2-3 new paid acquisition campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, programmatic) aligned with target customer segments
Establish brand guidelines and audit/improve website UX with design/technical partners
Map partnership opportunities and draft 2 partner program proposals for pilot launch
Achieve 40% improvement in CAC or 25% lift in conversion rates across top-performing channels
Build and publish content calendar: 12+ SEO articles, 24+ LinkedIn posts, 2 whitepapers, 1 podcast series
Execute 3+ events (2 webinars, 1 in-person conference presence or branded event)
Complete marketing strategy for 1 new geographic market (GTM, channel priority, partnership pipeline)
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track and optimize cost per new customer by channel to maximize efficiency as you scale.
Conversion Rate
Monitor website and campaign conversion rates as north star for brand/UX improvements.
Content Engagement & Organic Traffic
Measure SEO performance, LinkedIn reach, and organic customer inbound to justify content investment.
Partnership Pipeline Value
Track partner-sourced revenue opportunity and partner recruitment velocity.
Brand Awareness Lift
Monitor brand searches, share of voice, and website traffic growth YoY.

- You've owned acquisition campaigns and seen them through optimization cycles (3+ years digital marketing)
- You're comfortable with ambiguity and can structure marketing strategy in an early-stage/scale-up environment
- You care about sustainability/impact and want to work on something meaningful
- You're analytical but also creative – equally comfortable running Google Ads and writing killer copy
- You speak French or are committed to learning; Paris on-site is non-negotiable
- You need a fully-resourced team – you'll be building the function, not inheriting one
- You're not comfortable with remote collaboration and cross-timezone team work for international expansion
- You prefer deep specialization in one channel over broad marketing strategy ownership
- You require remote flexibility – this role is on-site in Paris
