The Challenge
Barentz is a €2.4B global specialty ingredients distributor serving 27K+ clients across 70 countries. You'll be the marketing engine for their cosmetic ingredients portfolio across Europe, bridging labs, sales, and customers to drive adoption of innovative solutions.
Your Mission
Launch 3-4 ingredient showcase toolkits (presentations, flyers, videos) aligned with market trends and lab capabilities
Develop market intelligence framework tracking cosmetics industry trends and competitive positioning across EMEA
Support execution of 2 customer/partner events with full collateral packages
Map and brief product team on top 5 ingredient positioning opportunities based on market research
Own end-to-end marketing campaign for 2+ new ingredient launches (brief → toolbox → launch assets)
Build quarterly market trend report influencing product strategy and sales enablement
Establish content calendar and deliver 12+ technical assets (videos, tutorials, thematic presentations)
Measure and optimize engagement metrics on marketing materials with sales team feedback loops

Marketing Asset Utilization Rate
% of sales team actively using toolkits and collateral in customer pitches (target: 70%+)
Event Attendance & Lead Quality
Customer/partner event turnout and qualified leads captured from events
Content Production Velocity
Number of marketing assets delivered per month (presentations, videos, flyers)
Market Intelligence Impact
Trend reports adopted by product and commercial teams in strategy planning
