The Challenge

Tadaaz is a Belgian e-commerce player scaling across Europe in the personalized printed products space. You'll own growth for France & Wallonie, building the brand from regional markets into a major European player with modern production capabilities backing you.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current performance (conversion, CAC, AOV) across France & Wallonie markets and identify top 3 quick-win optimizations

2

Define and launch baseline marketing plan with budget allocation across paid, organic, and owned channels

3

Establish monthly reporting dashboard tracking key metrics (traffic, conversion, revenue, ROAS) for stakeholder reviews

4

Onboard and align local marketing team on quarterly targets and campaign roadmap

By 6 Months
1

Increase website traffic 30-40% YoY through combined SEO, SEA, and content initiatives

2

Improve e-commerce conversion rate by 15-20% through site UX improvements and A/B testing

3

Launch at least 3 seasonal or event-driven campaigns (personalization angle) with >2.5x ROAS

4

Build brand awareness in target segments (lifecycle events: births, birthdays, weddings) via integrated campaigns

Revenue Growth

Track month-over-month and YoY revenue from France & Wallonie markets against annual targets.

E-commerce Conversion Rate

Monitor site conversion funnel and test improvements to move benchmark from current baseline.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Measure paid and organic CAC by channel; optimize spend efficiency and payback period.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Track ROAS across SEA, social, and display campaigns; target 3.0x+ for paid channels.

Average Order Value (AOV) & Repeat Purchase Rate

Monitor AOV trends and customer lifetime value to guide retention and upsell strategies.

  • You've run e-commerce marketing for 3-5+ years and know performance marketing (SEA, SEO, automation) inside out
  • You're equally comfortable in strategy (annual planning, budget allocation) and execution (campaign launches, optimization)
  • You thrive leading and developing teams, translating data into actionable decisions, and shipping fast
  • You speak fluent French and understand the cultural nuances of France & Wallonie B2C markets
  • You're drawn to premium, niche brands with personalization and emotional storytelling at their core

  • You need full remote flexibility; this is 100% on-site in Halluin
  • You're looking for a pure execution role—this requires strategic planning and P&L ownership
  • You lack hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing experience or haven't worked with marketing automation/performance tools
