The Challenge
JOBGLOBER is a 24-person specialist firm helping enterprises unlock their CRM, data, and marketing automation potential. You'll own high-impact client projects end-to-end, bridging strategy and execution while shaping the company's next growth phase.
Your Mission
Onboard on 2-3 active client engagements and deliver scoped project phases on time
Map existing client CRM/martech stacks and identify optimization quick-wins worth 10%+ performance gains
Lead 4-5 discovery workshops to define KPIs, pain points, and implementation roadmaps
Build relationships with key stakeholders and establish yourself as the trusted technical advisor
Independently manage 3-4 concurrent client projects from RFP through deployment and performance analysis
Contribute 2+ new service offerings or best practice frameworks to the company's IP library
Achieve 90%+ client satisfaction scores and secure 1-2 expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Mentor 1 junior consultant and contribute to team knowledge sharing sessions bi-weekly

% of projects delivered on-time and within scope, targeting 95%+ success rate
Client NPS / Satisfaction
Post-project satisfaction scores and retention rate; aim for 8.5+ out of 10
Performance Lift Post-Implementation
Average uplift in client KPIs (conversion, retention, engagement) 90 days post-launch
Billable Utilization
% of time allocated to client-facing work vs. internal projects; target 75-80%

Is This Role For You?
- You have 2+ years hands-on experience as a CRM/martech consultant, project owner, or product manager
- You're fluent with modern CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, etc.)
- You're autonomous, proactive, and genuinely enjoy solving client problems end-to-end
- You can translate business needs into technical specs and communicate with both C-suite and engineers
- You want fully remote work—this role is on-site in Paris
- You prefer hands-off project management over direct client interaction and workshop facilitation
- You lack specific experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (certifications or proven deployment track record)
