The Challenge
Eskimoz is France's top Google-certified SEO agency, now scaling their paid media practice across Europe. You'll own a diverse client portfolio—from startups to CAC40 groups—and drive acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, Amazon, and emerging platforms.
Your Mission
Onboard 3-5 clients, audit existing campaigns, and define initial SEA/SMA strategy roadmaps
Launch and optimize first paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn platforms
Master Eskimoz's campaign frameworks and reporting standards through weekly expert-led training
Deliver weekly/monthly reporting on campaign performance with clear optimization recommendations
Grow managed client portfolio to 8-12 accounts with +15% month-over-month ROAS improvements
Establish yourself as the go-to expert for 2-3 vertical markets (e.g., B2B SaaS, ecommerce, services)
Lead 1-2 internal knowledge-share sessions on emerging platform strategies (TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat)
Contribute to agency IP by documenting best-practice playbooks for SEA/SMA across client verticals
KPIs You'll Own
ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
Track blended return across all paid channels—your north star for campaign health and optimization.
CPA (Cost Per Acquisition)
Monitor cost-per-conversion trends by client, platform, and campaign to inform budget allocation.
Client Satisfaction / NPS
Weekly/monthly feedback from your portfolio to identify upsell opportunities and churn risks.
Portfolio Growth
Number of clients and total managed spend—your path to seniority and bonus multipliers.

- You have 1-2 years paid media experience (agency background preferred, internships count)
- You're comfortable juggling multiple clients/projects and thrive with autonomy

- You speak fluent French or Spanish, plus solid English (multilingual is a bonus)
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site Madrid, no hybrid
