The Challenge
datashake is a scrappy 80-person startup obsessed with SEO/GEO. You'll get hands-on with real client projects from day one, learning both technical SEO and data analysis while helping structure their growing acquisition practice.
Your Mission
Complete datashake's SEO/GEO training program and master core audit frameworks (technical, semantic, competitive)
Lead 2-3 client SEO audits end-to-end with mentorship, delivering actionable recommendations
Own client communication for 1-2 accounts: weekly calls, performance reporting, relationship management
Master datashake's analysis stack and tools; produce your first performance reports with real business impact metrics
Independently manage 3-4 active client accounts across acquisition strategy, execution, and reporting
Become the go-to person for competitive analysis and algorithm tracking within your vertical
Deliver 2+ strategic client presentations showing traffic growth, ranking improvements, and ROI
Contribute to 1 internal project that shapes datashake's SEO/GEO service offering or processes

Client Audit Delivery Time
Speed to complete comprehensive SEO/GEO audits while maintaining quality and actionability.
Organic Traffic Growth
Month-over-month % increase in client website organic traffic as direct result of recommendations.
Keyword Ranking Improvements
Number of target keywords moved into top 10/20 positions within client sites.
Client Satisfaction & Retention
Client feedback scores and repeat project booking rate from your managed accounts.
