The Challenge

datashake is a lean 80-person startup obsessed with SEO/GEO. You'll own client projects end-to-end—from technical audits to strategy to reporting—while building the playbook for their fastest-growing service line.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Complete datashake's SEO/GEO training program and own your first 2-3 client audits independently

Master the full toolkit: technical SEO crawling, competitive analysis, and performance tracking across 5+ active clients

Build repeatable audit templates and client briefing processes to scale project delivery

4

Deliver your first strategy presentation to a client with consultant co-pilot present

By 6 Months
1

Lead 8-10 full-cycle client projects from brief to reporting with minimal supervision

Identify and implement 3+ operational improvements to the SEO/GEO project workflow

Own weekly client calls and demonstrate mastery of data analysis and algorithm updates

4

Train incoming team members on your standardized audit and strategy frameworks

  • You're proactive, meticulous, and willing to be the connective tissue between technical and creative teams

  • You prefer a rigid role with no responsibility for ancillary startup tasks; datashake expects you to contribute to scaling the entire entity
