This role owns the end-to-end demand generation strategy and marketing-sourced pipeline of B2B experience, including 4+ years in U.S. fintech/wealth-tech, who has marketed SaaS/products to RIAs and financial advisors and personally owned marketing-sourced pipeline. The ideal candidate has experience building demand generation programs in a growth-stage environment, particularly scaling a company from approximately $23M to $10M+ ARR.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation Strategy & Pipeline Ownership

  • Develop and execute a B2B demand generation strategy focused on generating qualified pipeline from U.S. wealth-management firms.
  • Partner closely with Sales to define what qualifies as a marketing-qualified account, meeting, opportunity, and sales-qualified lead.
  • Build campaigns targeting RIAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, broker-dealers, and other financial institutions.
  • Forecast future pipelines based on campaign performance, conversion rates, sales cycles, and historical data.

Account-Based Marketing & Named-Account Strategy

  • Build ABM programs around a finite list of high-value wealth-management accounts.
  • Research target RIAs and wealth-management organizations to understand their business model, technology stack, size, advisor base, and pain points.
  • Develop personalized campaigns for different advisor segments.

Paid Media & Conversion Performance

  • Manage paid acquisition programs targeting financial advisors and wealth-management firms.

Use channels such as LinkedIn, Google, industry publications, and niche financial-services media.

  • Develop campaigns promoting demos, webinars, reports, product trials, or advisor education.
  • Monitor cost per qualified lead, cost per meeting, cost per demo, and cost per opportunity.

Field Marketing, Events & Webinar Execution

  • Identify and manage conferences where financial advisors, RIAs, wealth managers, and financial institutions participate.
  • Coordinate booth strategy, speaking opportunities, meetings, demos, webinars, and executive networking.
  • Work with Sales to schedule meetings with target accounts before conferences.
  • Create post-event campaigns to convert attendees into opportunities.
  • Measure event ROI based on meetings, opportunities, pipeline, and revenue, not just attendee numbers.

Analytics, Attribution & Demand Forecasting

  • Develop webinars and educational programs addressing issues relevant to wealth-management professionals.

Use webinars as a demand-generation mechanism to identify advisors with a genuine business need. Create follow-up campaigns to convert attendees into meetings and demos.

Coaching, Team Leadership & Agency Management

  • Develop email and content journeys that move prospects toward a conversation with Sales.

Re-engage dormant accounts and previous prospects. Create expansion campaigns for existing customers interested in additional products, modules, or services.

Lifecycle & Expansion Demand Motion

Create content specifically designed for financial professionals rather than generic marketing content that helps an advisor or wealth-management executive recognize a business problem that the companys technology can solve.

Regulated & Advisor-Channel Go-to-Market

Provide Sales with target-account lists and campaign intelligence.

  • Identify which accounts are showing buying signals.
  • Establish SLAs for Marketing to Sales hand-off.
  • Review which marketing campaigns are actually producing qualified opportunities.

Adjust campaigns based on Sales feedback.

Skills

5+ years of experience marketing B2B financial technology products to RIAs, financial advisors, wealth managers, broker-dealers, asset managers, or financial institutions in the U.S. Prove experience helping a wealth-tech/fintech company move from an early growth stage to $10M+ ARR and was directly responsible for generating marketing-sourced pipeline, qualified opportunities, demos, or revenue.
