Join Invisible Collection as a Social Media & Content Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the brand's voice and presence across various social media channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, and RED. You will also coordinate weekly newsletters, develop communication plans for individual designers, and help coordinate content creation and photoshoots. Additionally, you will act as the guardian of the brand's visual identity, ensuring that all content reflects the quality and aesthetic standards of the pieces we represent.
Key Missions
Profile
• Own the content strategy, calendar and daily management of Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and RED (Xiaohongshu / Little Red Book)
• Supervise in-house and external videographers, from concept through to final edit, for long- and short-form video
• Community-manage all social channels and report monthly on performance and social listening insights
• Coordinate our weekly newsletters (English and French) via Klaviyo, sourcing content from the Head of Storytelling and Co-Founder, mocking up the design, and reporting on performance
• Build and execute communication plans across social media and newsletters for individual designers, in partnership with the Buying & Content team
• Develop bespoke communication strategies for gallery exhibits, brand milestones and Design Week activations
• Help coordinate content creation and photoshoots, from briefing through to final assets, working with photographers, stylists and internal teams
• Act as guardian of Invisible Collection’s visual identity, holding every piece of content, campaign and activation to our brand’s exacting design and aesthetic standards
Recruitment Process
• A sharp, discerning eye for visual identity, meticulous about aesthetics, styling and brand consistency across every channel
• Proven experience managing social media channels for a brand, ideally in luxury, design, fashion or a related creative industry
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube; familiarity with RED (Xiaohongshu / Little Red Book) is a strong plus
• Confident, engaging writer in English
• Experience planning and sending newsletters (e.g. Klaviyo or similar)
• Experience briefing or coordinating photoshoots, with a strong sense of composition and styling
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple channels and stakeholders at once
• Collaborative, comfortable working closely with the Buying & Content team and wider marketing team
• A genuine interest in design, art and craftsmanship
