The Challenge

datashake is a high-growth digital acquisition startup where you'll own mid-market and enterprise client portfolios while leveling up junior consultants. You'll architect full-funnel paid media strategies and get trained by ex-Google acquisition experts.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and optimize 3-4 existing client accounts across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and emerging platforms; identify quick wins worth 15-20% ROAS improvement

2

Establish performance baselines and reporting cadence for assigned portfolio; deliver monthly strategy reviews to clients

3

Onboard and mentor 2 junior consultants on account management frameworks and platform best practices

4

Complete internal acquisition and analytics training program; achieve relevant platform certifications

By 6 Months
1

Grow portfolio client spend by 25-30% while maintaining or improving blended ROAS through strategic channel mix optimization

2

Build repeatable campaign templates and SOPs that junior team uses; reduce setup time by 40%

3

Present data-driven acquisition strategy recommendations to 2+ prospect accounts; close 1 new client

4

Lead monthly client strategy workshops; establish yourself as trusted paid media advisor on team

  • You've built acquisition strategies from scratch and love diving deep into performance analytics

  • You're fluent in French or comfortable working in a Paris-based office environment
