Fever reaches 300M+ people monthly across 55+ countries—now they need a strategic leader to own US, Canada, and LATAM growth. You'll shape how premium entertainment experiences hit millions while leading high-performing teams and managing massive budgets.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current Meta, Google, TikTok performance across US/Canada/LATAM; identify quick wins and budget reallocation opportunities

2

Define and socialize end-to-end marketing strategy for Q2-Q4 2026 across all three regions with stakeholder alignment

Assemble and onboard core team (performance marketers, creatives, project leads); establish weekly cadence and decision frameworks

4

Launch 2-3 controlled tests on emerging platforms or creative formats to validate innovation pipeline

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 20%+ YoY growth in demand and visibility across US/Canada; establish baseline metrics for LATAM expansion

Scale high-performing channel mix; achieve 15%+ efficiency gain vs. previous period across Meta and Google

Build predictive forecasting model linking marketing spend to revenue; own P&L accuracy within ±5%

Present regional strategy and results to executive leadership; influence product and creative roadmaps with data-backed recommendations

CAC (Cost per Acquisition) by Channel

Track unit economics across Meta, Google, TikTok to optimize budget allocation and prove ROI.

Demand & Visibility Growth Rate

Measure YoY lift in platform searches, brand mentions, and event discovery tied directly to marketing efforts.

ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)

Primary performance metric; track by channel, creative, and vertical to ensure efficient spend.

Revenue Attribution & Forecast Accuracy

Close-loop reporting on marketing influence to revenue; measure forecast vs. actual within P&L.

Team OKR Completion & Velocity

Monitor team execution velocity and strategic milestone delivery to stay on pace for regional goals.
