Lead the Customer & Trade Marketing strategy for priority customers and channels, ensuring flawless execution of commercial activities, demand generation, and brand activation at the point of sale. The role acts as the connector between Marketing and Sales, driving profitable growth, enhancing shopper experience, and maximizing the efficiency of Trade Marketing investments.


Specific Responsibilities


Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Develop and execute the Annual Customer Marketing Plan aligned with Sales and Marketing priorities.

- Build customer-specific strategies including promotions, activations, visibility plans and shopper campaigns.

- Work closely with Key Account Managers to incorporate Trade Marketing strategies in Joint Business Plans.

- Identify growth opportunities per customer through assortment, pricing, exhibitor strategies and shopper insights.

- Ensure excellence in execution of POP materials, activations and promotional events through coordination with agencies and field teams.

- Manage the annual Trade Marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation, monthly control (plan vs actual), proper documentation and ROI evaluation of activities.

- Administer MDF/Coop funds, rebates, promotional spends and ensure compliance with financial processes.

- Measure and analyze sell-in, sell-out, market share, promotional ROI, visibility KPIs and shopper behavior to recommend optimization actions.

- Lead execution of new product launches in retail customers ensuring availability, visibility and communication.

- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Supply and Finance to ensure alignment and availability of inventory and materials.


Qualifications


Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering or related fields.

Years of experience in a specific discipline: 2 to 4 years in Trade Marketing, Customer Marketing or Sales Key Account.

Language requirements: English intermediate to advanced.

Travel requirements: Yes.


Experience


- Specific systems experience: Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP (desirable), Nielsen/GfK or other retail data sources.

- Specific technical skills requirements: Trade Marketing strategy, category management, pricing/promotions, ROI analysis, shopper marketing.

- Specific soft skills requirements: Planning, leadership, communication, negotiation, creativity, decision-making, problem-solving, service attitude.
