Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who lives at the intersection of creativity and analytical rigor. In this role, you will be the architect of our communication strategy, ensuring that the right audience receives the right message at the perfect time. You will not only design and execute high-impact campaigns and content but also own the backend analytics, using deep data analysis to decode performance and drive growth. What You’ll Do
- Manage email marketing campaigns end-to-end. You are responsible for the design, ensuring precise audience segmentation, and managing all backend execution to ensure flawless delivery.
- Act as the lead for marketing metrics. You will conduct deep data analysis to measure performance, understand the "why" behind the numbers, and generate actionable insights for the leadership team.
- Constantly improve conversion rates by executing rigorous A/B testing on emails and optimizing landing pages for maximum impact.
- Write, design, and track marketing content across multiple platforms, including blog posts, case studies, sales one-sheeters, decks, social posts, and webinars.
- Analyze competitive landscapes, market trends, and customer behavior to identify new prospective customer sources and inform campaign strategy.
- Maintain a directory of sales support materials and coordinate promotions and campaigns across sales, product development, and operations teams.
- Drive the continuous improvement of CRM processes, building the foundation to scale the marketing function as the company grows.
- Strong Data Profile: Advanced analytical capabilities are essential. You should be comfortable diving into datasets to evaluate marketing impact and provide recommendations.
- Technical & Creative Hybrid: Proven experience in creative campaign execution, balanced with the technical discipline required for backend management and segmentation.
- Autonomous Process Builder: Ability to work independently, build processes from scratch, and the ambition to grow into a more strategic or lead role.
- Detail-Oriented Orchestrator: Someone who ensures every email is pixel-perfect and hits the right inbox through expert segmentation.
- Language Proficiency: Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required to create content and collaborate with international team
- Marketing Automation: Experience with HubSpot (specifically in automation, workflows, and reporting) is a strong advantage.
- Copywriting: Ability to craft compelling copy and adapt messaging for different audiences and mediums.
- Growing market: You’ll be focused on an $80 billion market that’s projected to reach at least $500 billion by 2030 in the US alone.
- Changing the restaurant industry: You’ll be part of a team that helps restaurants succeed in online food delivery.
