Our English Language Teaching (ELT) business in Brazil continues to grow, and we are looking for a Lifecycle and Events Marketing Coordinator to join our Brazil Marketing team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused and well-organised marketing professional to play a central role in coordinating and delivering marketing activity across Brazil.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and execute Brazil’s marketing plan, ensuring all activities are shaped by local customer needs and contribute to country revenue growth. The role combines marketing planning, events, campaigns, communications, localisation, and customer lifecycle activity, working closely with Sales, Customer Enablement and Operations.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the Lifecycle and Events Marketing Coordinator will ensure that marketing activity is relevant, well-executed and effectively supports customer engagement across the entire lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the annual Brazil marketing planning process, consolidating inputs, timelines and customer insights
- Deliver high-quality events, campaigns and communications, ensuring strong execution, participation and effective follow-up
- Manage the localisation and creation of Brazil-relevant marketing materials, adapting global assets and developing local content as needed
- Provide the Sales team with timely, accurate and Brazil-relevant materials, information and messaging to support customer conversations
- Apply customer lifecycle principles across acquisition, onboarding, in-life engagement and renewal, creating or adapting communications where required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, clear communication and effective execution of marketing activities
- Track performance, capture learning and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer experience
- Use marketing and sales tools (including Salesforce, HighSpot, Dotdigital, Eventbrite and Google tools) to plan, deliver and evaluate activities
About You
We are looking for a proactive, collaborative professional who combines strong organisational skills with a clear focus on customer needs and high-quality execution.
Essential skills and experience:
- Strong customer focus and understanding of the needs of schools, educators and institutions in Brazil
- Experience coordinating and delivering marketing plans, events, campaigns and communications
- Ability to adapt global marketing assets and create clear, on-brand and locally relevant materials
- Experience supporting sales teams with timely, accurate and customer-relevant resources
- Practical understanding of customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, onboarding, in-life, renewal)
- Comfortable using marketing and sales platforms and tools to plan, deliver and track activity
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English
Desirable:
- Knowledge of the Brazilian education and ELT market
- Experience in B2B and/or education-sector marketing
- Experience coordinating vendors or event logistics
- Experience working with global teams or adapting global frameworks to local markets
