EarnIn is the OG earned wage access platform backed by A16Z and scaling fast. You'll own the full lifecycle engine-email, SMS, push, in-app-driving activation and retention for millions living paycheck to paycheck. This is hands-on growth leadership with real autonomy and impact.
Your Mission
Map current lifecycle funnel, identify top 3 retention leaks, and propose testing roadmap
Audit existing campaigns in automation platform (Braze/Iterable), document best practices, and establish QA/launch processes
Execute 2-3 high-impact activation campaigns targeting new user cohorts with measurable lift
Build lifecycle dashboard tracking activation rate, retention cohorts, and winback metrics
Launch AI-powered personalization framework for email/SMS copy variants, driving +15% engagement lift
Own end-to-end campaign ops: intake → build → QA → deploy → optimize with <2% error rate
Execute multi-cohort retention testing program identifying top 5 levers for 30-day/90-day retention
Design and implement winback campaign strategy targeting lapsed users, driving $XXK incremental revenue

- You've shipped 4+ multi-channel lifecycle campaigns from strategy through optimization and own the metrics
- You're a Braze/Iterable power user or equivalent and can build complex automations without hand-holding
- You use AI tools daily (ChatGPT, Claude, Zapier) to automate ops and generate creative-it's not a nice-to-have
- You're obsessed with A/B testing, cohort analysis, and turning data into winning playbooks
- You thrive in fast-moving startups where you wear many hats and ambiguity is the job
- You need a fully remote setup or reject on-site/hybrid work in Mexico City
- You've only run single-channel campaigns or primarily worked in paid media (not lifecycle)
- You treat automation platforms as a black box-hands-on technical expertise is non-negotiable
